collected by a stack trace (whether generated by new Error().stack or
Error.captureStackTrace(obj)).
The default value is 10 but may be set to any valid JavaScript number. Changes
will affect any stack trace captured after the value has been changed.
If set to a non-number value, or set to a negative number, stack traces will not capture any frames.
StaticcaptureCreates a .stack property on targetObject, which when accessed returns
a string representing the location in the code at which
Error.captureStackTrace() was called.

The first line of the trace will be prefixed with
${myObject.name}: ${myObject.message}.
The optional constructorOpt argument accepts a function. If given, all frames
above constructorOpt, including constructorOpt, will be omitted from the
generated stack trace.
The constructorOpt argument is useful for hiding implementation
details of error generation from the user. For instance:

The terminal coinbase's claimed height could not be proven. The height is what numbers the sat, so a server that picks it picks the sat number, the name and the rarity. From BIP34_ENFORCED_FROM on, the coinbase's own scriptSig carries the height and the bundle's claim is checked against it. Below that boundary no such push is required, and the only thing binding the pair is an attestation of the block hash at that height, which the caller's
trustHeaderhook makes by returning'hash-at-height'. The presence of a hook proves nothing on its own, since a hook that returns quietly may have checked nothing. A bundle refused this way may be perfectly honest; it simply cannot prove its height offline, which is a different fact from being forged (plain Error) or leaving v1's sat domain (CustodyUnsupportedError).
